We can wish of anything we would want; anything we like; and most likely, anyone we love. We can wish for just anything. We can shout our wishes out loud, or whisper them, or even write them, or just let our minds speak them out.
Apparently, the world is not a wish-granting factory. We have plans for our lives, that’s why we wish for them even without the genie-in-a-lamp-or-bottle. We wish for them to happen because we want our lives to be the life we want it to be. But the world has plans for us. It has plans even way more better than our plans. We may not know them, but they lead us to the lives the world knows we can have. Yes, you didn’t wish for the world. Likewise, the world didn’t wish for you. But we still wish for the world to wish for us. For us to be in success, for the world to be great. And all we can do is to be careful of what we wish for. Because sometimes, the world grants it, without giving precautions.
I’m currently trying to organize my lettering posters into neatly labeled folders and when I get to ‘Nerdfighteria’, let’s just say I am a little bit surprised/amused that it has already been this many.
